Nationals of the above listed countries are not eligible to apply unless they meet the below criteria:

Individuals born in these countries but who migrated before the age of majority and/or have maintained permanent residence in Canada, the UK, the US, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, for a period of not less than 10 years and maintain no economic ties to any restricted country

Russia, Belarus, Syria, Northern Iraq

Nationals of above listed countries are banned with no exception from applying to the Dominica citizenship by investment program

North Korea, Sudan

Nationals of North Korea and Sudan are banned unless they have not lived in these countries for the last 10 years, have no substantial assets there, and are not and have not performed any business or similar activity, in whole or in part, in or with these countries

Grenada does not directly restrict any nationalities from applying to their citizenship by investment program; however, it is important to note that at certain times Grenada does refuse certain nationals from applying., for example their are times when nationals of Iran, Russia, and Belarus are banned from applying

Nationals of above listed countries are banned with no exception from applying to the St. Lucia citizenship by investment program

Nationals of above listed countries are banned unless they have resided outside of their home country for at least five years and can prove that they are permanent residents of another country

Nationals of above listed countries are banned with no exception from applying to the Malta citizenship by investment program

North Macedonia does not directly restrict any nationalities from applying to their citizenship by investment program

Nationals of above listed countries are banned with no exception from applying to the Turkey citizenship by investment program
