The United Kingdom’s residence by investment program, also known as the UK Innovator Founder visa, allows individuals and their families to legally attain a residence visa through the establishment of a new and scaling business within the UK. The investor must provide an original business plan which demonstrates innovation and be supported by an official endorsing body. The investor must further show sufficient funds to set up and grow their business. The applicant for residency may include his immediate family (spouse and dependent children under the age of 18).
